Maruti Spaced Learning Blended Learning Program for Customized Needs

Maruti Suzuki, India’s leading passenger vehicle manufacturer with a large workforce and extensive dealer network, needed a better way to train employees and external dealers across many locations. Traditional classroom sessions were too broad and information was not retained well, especially as the company introduced more trades, functions, and vehicle variants. G-Cube helped address this with a blended spaced learning program tailored to customized learning needs.

G-Cube designed a 12-month spaced learning solution with email refreshers, short videos, animations, games, assessments, and skill gap analysis to reinforce learning over time. The program improved learner engagement and retention, supported different content types within a modern LMS, and reduced infrastructure costs. The refreshers became popular with learners, helping them retain key information longer and apply it more effectively on the job.
