Learning Solution for Dealer Network

Toyota partnered with G-Cube to address the need for a learning solution across its dealer network, including capturing dealer details, supporting job role–based learning paths, and analyzing manpower and attrition to guide hiring. The challenge also included measuring performance alongside ongoing training and introducing ranking and grading to identify top performers.

G-Cube implemented a customized LMS with individual learning plans, periodic online assessments, and dashboards for different roles to monitor dealership and learner performance. The solution was integrated with sales data and helped Toyota improve accountability for training, create healthy competition through ranking and grading, and enable employees to apply relevant, role-based learning more effectively.
