Learning Portal for Automobile Manufacturer

Maruti Suzuki India Limited, a leading passenger vehicle manufacturer with more than 15,000 employees spread across 1,422 cities and towns, faced a major training challenge as its workforce, product variants, recruits, and dealer network rapidly expanded. To address the need for ongoing, role-based learning across diverse functions, Maruti Suzuki partnered with G-Cube and its WiZDOM LMS to build a digital learning academy.

G-Cube customized the WiZDOM LMS into the Maruti Suzuki Training Academy (MSTA), creating separate departmental domains, course catalogues, custom reports, skill gap analysis, dashboards, and classroom training management. G-Cube also developed custom e-learning content and off-the-shelf soft-skills courses. The portal now serves about 15,400 learners with more than 250 courses, achieves around 40% completion rates on voluntary training, and has helped Maruti Suzuki cut training costs by up to 60% while improving workforce capability.
