Graphical and Animated E-Courses for Machinery and Manufacturing

Tooling U-SME, a provider of workforce development and advanced manufacturing training, needed graphical e-courses and a 3D animation-based learning module to teach machinery, manufacturing, and product application protocols. The challenge was to create realistic, from-scratch models that could give learners a hands-on understanding of complex equipment without requiring access to the factory floor.

G-Cube developed interactive 3D graphics and animations using custom models built in 3Ds Max, designed to mimic realistic metal, plastic, and water materials. The solution helped learners better understand machine operation and parts, reduced the need for on-site exposure and associated risks, and improved confidence and practical know-how; however, no specific quantitative impact was provided.
