Reliance Infrastructure, one of India’s fastest-growing infrastructure companies with a large workforce spread across the country, needed a learning management system to deliver blended learning to over 1,000 employees. The company wanted the LMS deployed on its own infrastructure and also required training and support so employees could adopt the new system successfully. G-Cube customized its LMS to combine e-learning and ILT on a single platform, added SMS notifications to remind learners about upcoming training, and integrated social and collaborative tools to encourage peer learning. The result was a more flexible and user-friendly learning environment that supported a large user base, improved portal usage through timely notifications, and enabled better collaboration among learners.
