Kotak Mahindra Bank, a leading banking and financial services group, wanted to improve learning for its Sales and Customer Service teams by shifting to a more analytics-driven, automated approach. The bank needed a reliable e-learning platform that could provide just-in-time support, close skills gaps, and deliver a more customized training experience. G-Cube supported this initiative with its LMS analytics-driven learning platform.
G-Cube implemented the G-Cube LMS Analytics Engine to assess learner performance, generate reports, and continually analyze results against a collaboratively designed rule set. Based on the analytics, personalized learner paths were created to align training with actual needs, while progress was automatically monitored and performance improvement programs were introduced for supervisor-led counseling. As a result, Kotak Mahindra Bank was able to identify and address learning gaps on an ongoing basis, improve training effectiveness, and better support business objectives through periodic rule-set optimization.
