Acer, the multinational hardware and electronics corporation, wanted to strengthen its employee satisfaction survey (EOS) process and help middle- and high-level managers better understand how to use survey insights to improve the workplace. To address this challenge, Acer partnered with G-Cube for an interactive web-based training program focused on the purpose and practical value of EOS.

G-Cube developed a simple, interactive course with familiar organizational figures, realistic dialogue-based scenarios, and varied knowledge checks such as true/false, multiple-choice, and drag-and-drop exercises. The training improved managers’ confidence in using EOS, increased participation and candid feedback in the surveys, and helped Acer better identify both high-satisfaction areas to sustain and low-satisfaction areas to improve, creating a stronger cycle of actionable insights.
