Laguna Tools, a California-based woodworking and CNC machinery company with 50–200 employees, struggled with a fully spreadsheet-based expense process that led to months-long reimbursements, manual corporate card reconciliation, lost or damaged receipts, poor visibility into spend, and frequent human error. To replace that manual system they selected Fyle’s expense management platform to automate tracking, receipt capture and reporting.

Fyle implemented features such as Instafyle receipt capture, NetSuite integration, corporate card reconciliation, mileage tracking and easy expense submission.
