By implementing FYLD's platform, Ferrovial replaced manual forms with narrated video JHAs that were automatically translated and reviewed by AI for hazards. This solution was rolled out to 1,000 users. FYLD enabled a 75% reduction in the time spent creating JHA reports, leading to a major productivity boost. The project was finished three months ahead of schedule, and the recordable incident rate was 73% below the U.S. industry average, showcasing significant safety and financial improvements.
