Royal Farms, a rapidly expanding convenience-store operator with more than 250 locations and adding 20–25 stores annually, found its finance team outgrowing the reporting capabilities of the PDI Enterprise ERP. FYIsoft implemented a cloud-based, PDI-integrated reporting platform with one-click report distribution, drill-down to transaction-level detail and Laserfiche invoice images, and instant, drag-and-drop report changes that automatically update all impacted reports. The solution is expected to eliminate most administrative monthly tasks, speed report review for district managers, reduce accounting inquiries, and lower spreadsheet error risk; FYIsoft cites efficiency improvements of 50% or more. Royal Farms is in implementation and projects significant time savings and improved accuracy once fully live.
