Growing company with multi-national operations reduces reporting time up to 38% with FYIsoft

Admix, a U.S.-based manufacturer with European operations, was struggling with a manually intensive month-end close caused by multiple ERPs, differing GLs and charts of accounts, and manual multi-currency conversions. To address these challenges the company turned to FYIsoft and began using ReportFYI (with AnalyticsFYI in pilot and BudgetFYI planned) to streamline consolidation and reporting across entities.

FYIsoft implemented an integrated solution that pulls data directly from multiple GLs into unified reporting, analytics and budgeting modules, automating intercompany eliminations, allocations and currency conversions and eliminating manual imports and mapping. As a result, FYIsoft reduced Admix’s month-end close from as many as eight days to five (up to a 38% reduction), saved up to three days per month (about 36 days per year) and freed accounting staff to focus on analysis rather than data movement.
