V33 Group, a European specialist in wood protection and paints, faced strong competition and a very large, evolving product portfolio (about 13,000 marketed and 18,000 produced lines). To boost sales, control stock and optimise shelf life across its supply chain, V33 engaged FuturMaster and deployed its planning and demand-management solutions, including Production Planning and GPA process integration.

FuturMaster implemented an integrated suite—demand and stock management, sales/consumer (cash-out) integration and Production Planning tied into V33’s ERP—updating and extending the solution over years. As a result of FuturMaster’s work, stock levels fell (20% overall, 15% within six months), service quality rose to 98% in 2014, production plans were optimised and a reliable 52‑week forecast was delivered, helping V33 regain capacity and improve turnover.
