Pierre Fabre Dermo‑Cosmétique, the dermocosmetics arm of the Pierre Fabre group, needed to improve service quality while cutting stock levels and costs across 27 subsidiaries with different cultures and systems. To standardize forecasting, streamline data exchange between sales and production, and deploy a unique Core Model across locations, Pierre Fabre engaged FuturMaster to provide supply chain forecasting and planning solutions (including DRP, PMP, PSP modules and a forecasting tool).

FuturMaster rolled out its planning platform to 19 countries, implementing DRP, PMP and PSP stages, unified product coding, collaborative procurement planning and performance dashboards. As a result FuturMaster helped Pierre Fabre reduce stock levels by 15%, raise quality of service from 60% to 80%, improve forecast reliability to 83% (about a 10% increase), and support an 8–10% annual turnover uplift while reducing downtime, breakages and obsolete products.
