Brandt, the Franco‑Algerian home‑appliances manufacturer, faced a complex, fast‑moving supply chain: some products require ~300 parts, lead times up to 22 weeks, and the company was regularly stopping production 4–5 days a month while preparing to expand ranges and markets. To address this challenge Brandt implemented FuturMaster’s supply‑chain suite — starting with demand management and distribution planning in 2017 and later adding FuturMaster’s production planning (while migrating ERP to SAP).

FuturMaster’s solutions helped Brandt synchronise capacity and inventory across factories and warehouses, improving forecasting and distribution. As a result (and aided by reshoring production), Brandt cut costs and excess stock by up to one third, reduced reserve stock from about three months to 21 days, raised service levels from roughly 40% to about 95% and expects to eliminate monthly production stoppages — all achieved using FuturMaster’s planning tools.
