Guerlain Canada, the Canadian arm of the historic luxury perfume house Guerlain, needed to centralize and professionalize international planning and forecasting to manage a complex supply chain, diverse product ranges and frequent product launches. To tackle visibility, inventory and replenishment challenges they engaged FuturMaster and its forecasting/Distribution Planning solution.

FuturMaster implemented a blueprint forecasting process and its Distribution Planning across subsidiaries, giving visibility of inventory, stock in transit, lead times and service levels and enabling automatic replenishment. As a result FuturMaster helped increase team productivity, improve service levels and raise forecast accuracy by about 30% (in some cases from 50% to 80%), allowing subsidiaries to be replenished to meet sales forecasts.
