FuturMaster rolled out its demand forecasting solution across all regions (completed in 2018), enabling Bonduelle to synchronise local demand, improve S&OP and agricultural planning, and share reliable data across sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams. The implementation delivered measurable results: short‑term planning accuracy is on track to improve by up to 20%, long‑term forecasting accuracy is approaching 90%, obsolete/slow‑moving stock has been reduced, and new product and packaging launches are more successful thanks to better monitoring and insight.
