Supercell, a mobile game developer, faced the challenge of creating a smart, adaptable, and sustainable office environment for its new complex headquarters in Helsinki. They partnered with Futurice to design versatile digital features that would improve the employee experience and simplify daily routines, a need that became even more critical with the rise of hybrid work.

Futurice designed and implemented a suite of digital solutions including interactive totem screens for navigation, a mobile app for room and service booking, IoT climate control panels, and Green Screens displaying sustainability metrics. These features, built with TypeScript, JavaScript, and AWS, made the office operations flexible, efficient, and accessible. The result was a significantly improved employee experience that boosted motivation, creativity, and efficiency, while also encouraging more sustainable resource consumption.
