Shaping future growth initiatives with IESE Business School and Leschaco

IESE Business School used Futures Platform to support its “Leading the Future” program for logistics company Leschaco, bringing 40 senior executives together to build a future vision. The challenge was to create urgency around foresight, help leaders think beyond the current business model, and align a geographically dispersed group around future growth initiatives.

With Futures Platform’s digital foresight and collaborative radar tools, IESE ran workshops, scenario planning, and a 100-day remote follow-up to refine trends and map individual ideas into the Leschaco Radar. The result was a shared, visual view of future initiatives that helped the board identify the most promising growth opportunities, improved futures thinking across leadership, and created momentum for change across Leschaco’s global organization.
