Shelbourne Football Club partnered with Future Ticketing after its promotion to the top flight of the League of Ireland in November 2019. The club needed a ticketing provider that could support new Premier Division requirements, as its existing system was not suited to the more advanced ticketing controls and operational needs of a higher-level club.

Future Ticketing implemented its online ticketing platform for Shelbourne FC, enabling specific tickets to be sold for specific stands, capacity limits to be set, and fans to be directed through designated turnstiles. The solution also captured customer data for marketing, added and tracked season ticket holders, and gave members the ability to buy extra tickets online. Shelbourne FC reported very positive fan feedback, improved ease of administration, instant cash on purchases, and greater control over data and matchday operations.
