Point to Point UK, the governing body for point-to-point horse racing in the UK, needed a fully accountable, transparent, GDPR-compliant registration and ticketing system that could also meet strict Covid-19 compliance requirements across its many race meetings and racecourses. In June 2020, they chose Future Ticketing to help centralize and control event registration, ticketing, and attendee data across their nationwide operations.
Future Ticketing implemented a bespoke dashboard that let Point to Point UK manage multiple events online, set capacities, assign participant types to different zones, and capture attendee details in a GDPR-compliant way. The solution improved administration, saved thousands of hours of work, supported real-time reporting, enabled online sales through multiple websites, and helped create new revenue streams such as the annual National Pass.
