Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), Ireland’s national institution for modern and contemporary art, needed an integrated ticketing system to manage gallery admission, guided tours, education activities, memberships, and public/private events. Future Ticketing began working with IMMA in late 2019 to replace fragmented processes with a single solution for both paid and free ticketing.

Future Ticketing implemented a flexible platform that supports multiple simultaneous schedules, event closures, offline and online sales, capacity controls, membership renewals, donation options, custom checkout fields, and detailed reporting. The system is also integrated with IMMA’s Clover EPOS units and Mailchimp, improving front-of-house operations and customer management; while no specific numerical impact was provided, IMMA gained better control over availability, walk-up capacity, and overall booking administration.
