Icon Management used Future Ticketing to sell tickets for Keilidh Cashell’s MUA masterclass series across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. Their challenge was managing a flexible ticketing setup for multiple venues, each with limited capacity and different ticket types, while also creating a branded customer journey that matched Keilidh’s style.

Future Ticketing provided a styled ticketing journey, immediate access to ticket revenue, and controls to avoid overbooking VIP and general admission allocations. The results were strong: Icon Management sold out multiple venues in Ireland, sold 57% of available tickets in the first 24 hours there, and sold 39% of UK tickets in the first 24 hours. The platform also supported smooth event-day scanning and attendee direction for VIP and general admission guests.
