Coventry Rugby, a Greene King IPA Championship club, needed a modern ticketing system to replace manual season ticket allocation and largely on-the-day sales. As the club invested more in its off-field operations, it looked for a solution with mobile optimisation, website integration, live ticket-scanning reports, low upfront cost, and a competitive commission rate.
Future Ticketing implemented a fully integrated ticketing platform for Coventry Rugby, including online e-ticket sales, season card collection, access control scanners, and payments management. The system also enabled embedded event booking within the club website and helped Coventry Rugby move to allocated seating for general admission. The club reported a 10% increase in average Championship crowds, an 11% increase in Championship Cup crowds, and a shift in advance sales from 20:80 to 70:30, giving them much better match-day planning visibility.
