Cardiff Devils, a Welsh ice hockey team based at the Viola Arena in Cardiff, wanted to modernise customer purchases and reduce workload for their team. They worked with Future Ticketing to improve the way they managed ticketing for both season ticket holders and the general public.

Future Ticketing delivered a system for the 3,088-seat arena that let season ticket holders keep their preferred seats and buy packages based on their seating area, while reserving those seats for the full season so they could not be sold to others. Future Ticketing also supported Cardiff Devils with hosting The Challenge Cup at the Viola Arena as a neutral venue for the final, helping streamline ticketing operations across different events.
