Birr Castle Demesne, one of the Midlands’ top tourist attractions, needed a flexible way to move its admissions and visitor services online while maintaining a seamless customer experience. Future Ticketing provided the e-ticketing platform used to sell and manage guided tours, general admission, memberships, and seasonal events, with support for the castle’s growing online presence.

Future Ticketing also helped Birr Castle implement donation functionality and create bespoke, branded booking journeys for events such as Halloween, Easter, Christmas, and the Santa Experience. The solution improved visitor management and made it easier to handle footfall and tours, helping Birr Castle stay operationally prepared, including during the COVID-19 period.
