Basketball Ireland, the national governing body for basketball on the island of Ireland, needed to manage ticketing for a complex three-day National Cup finals schedule at the National Basketball Arena. With limited capacity and multiple sessions, they needed a way to allocate club tickets securely while also handling public sales and special access for dignitaries.

Future Ticketing provided a flexible ticketing and scanning solution that used hidden URLs for club allocations, session-specific public ticket sales, and scanning leeway settings to prevent entry to the wrong session. Future Ticketing also issued dignitary tickets with five barcodes, allowing access to any session. The result was tighter control over attendance and smoother access management across all five sessions.
