Balmoral Show, Northern Ireland’s largest outdoor show, needed a better way to manage high visitor volumes while reducing on-site cash handling, long purchase queues, access control issues, and the risk of bad weather affecting ticket sales. Future Ticketing provided a full ticketing solution, including online and advance ticketing, sponsor/trade/complementary ticketing, and on-the-day sales support.

Future Ticketing implemented scanner-based access control, Cash Desk functionality, and integrated Clover card/contactless payment units to streamline entry and record every sale cleanly. The system helped drive pre-sales, reduce cash handling, and increase mobile sales, contributing to a record attendance of over 120,000 visitors across four days.
