Future Platforms designed and built the Live Route Insights (LRI) platform in an agile 8-week sprint. This real-time tool provides an intuitive, glanceable overview of route performance, enabling staff to make immediate adjustments. The results included widespread internal adoption, a reduction in penalties, improved profitability, and a significant strategic advantage for Go-Ahead, with the project winning a Silver BIMA Award.
