Future Mind collaborated with PayTel, a leading payment service provider in Poland, to address a key operational challenge. PayTel's external sales agents were hindered by reliance on paper documents, which slowed down the contract signing and terminal activation processes with merchants. The goal was to digitalize this workflow with a mobile application to streamline operations and save agents time in the field.

The solution was a comprehensive internal mobile app developed in React Native. Future Mind conducted extensive UX research to shape an intuitive tool that integrated with government databases and PayTel's systems. The app enabled digital contract management with remote signing, barcode scanning for terminal activation, and featured an in-app communication hub. The results included streamlined operations, reduced manual errors, and the creation of a complete enterprise tool for agents, which also laid the groundwork for a sales performance and loyalty program.
