Generali, a global insurance provider, sought to simplify sales processes for its car insurance agents. Their key challenge was the time-consuming manual entry of data from registration documents into their sales system to calculate premiums. Future Mind was tasked with developing an enterprise mobile application to address this.

Future Mind designed and developed a mobile app for Android and iOS, along with a Node.js backend. The solution allowed Generali’s agents to scan 2DAZTEC codes on registration documents, which automatically populated the sales system and calculated insurance premiums. For temporary documents, the app used image recognition to extract data. This streamlined the agents' workflow, facilitated customer service, and expanded into handling various insurance types, leveraging technology to strengthen Generali's market position.
