Brocade, a network solutions company in San Jose, needed a better way to manage product quality reporting across outsourced manufacturing sites. Its team was spending too much time collecting and organizing test data in spreadsheets, leaving little time to act on issues. Brocade selected FusionOps to help automate reporting and analytics for manufacturing process and test data.

FusionOps built a SaaS, Big Data solution with automated data gathering, alerts, and self-service analytics, replacing complex spreadsheets with scalable data models. The system is now used day to day across six outsourced manufacturing facilities worldwide, and engineers receive immediate alerts when boards go out of range. Brocade says FusionOps has greatly improved productivity, lowered TCO, and provided a strong competitive advantage.
