GiveIndia is a technology-driven Indian nonprofit that raises funds via a web platform and disburses them to rigorously vetted NGOs. Because accountability is central, donors receive detailed feedback reports—but the long, varied donation history presented as tables proved hard to comprehend and share. GiveIndia needed a more digestible, visually appealing way to show donors their impact.

The team implemented FusionCharts (notably FusionMaps and pie charts) in a "My Impact" dashboard to map donations by state and display cause breakdowns with interactive hover details. These visualizations made it easier for donors to see where their money went, boosted engagement and shareability, garnered positive feedback, and set the stage for expanding data visualization to more site features.
