Events Clothing, an Auckland-based designer and supplier of yachting crew uniforms and corporate apparel, was growing internationally but struggling with standalone on-premise financial and CRM systems, slow manual inventory and purchasing processes, and limited visibility for a small team working across markets. The company needed a better way to access live business information remotely and support its offshore sales team, so it adopted NetSuite as its ERP solution.
Fusion5 took over as Events Clothing’s support partner in 2014 and improved how NetSuite aligned with the company’s processes, while also providing advanced training and support. As a result, user adoption increased significantly, visibility into critical business data improved, and staff could produce detailed reporting with minimal effort. Fusion5 also enabled direct ERP access for European agents, helping Events Clothing better control stock, sales orders, and management reporting across its global business.
