Ravensdown, New Zealand’s largest supplier of fertiliser products, was looking to centralise finance operations and replace inefficient manual Accounts Payable approvals as part of its move to Christchurch head office. To address this, Ravensdown selected Fusion5’s ApprovalPlus to streamline invoice approval and improve visibility across a large network of sites and stores.

Fusion5 implemented ApprovalPlus and worked closely with Ravensdown to tailor the solution and resolve issues during rollout. The results included faster month-end processing, more accurate cost allocation, no more paper filing, and instant invoice tracking; Ravensdown also reported immediate savings in storage and postage/courier costs, with further gains expected as the purchasing module is rolled out.
