Montrose, a Brisbane-based therapy and respite services provider supporting people with disability, needed to replace a set of aging, siloed finance, CRM, and payroll/HR systems that were creating duplicate administration and limiting reporting. As the organisation grew and prepared for changing NDIS requirements, it turned to Fusion5 and its CloudNFP solution to gain a more modern, integrated platform.

Fusion5 implemented CloudNFP in phased stages using NetSuite first, then Adaptive Insights and Enrite Care, giving Montrose cloud-based finance, planning, and client management capabilities. The result was improved consistency, reliability, remote access, and a single source of truth across systems, while reducing IT overhead and total cost of ownership. Montrose said the new setup made a “huge difference” and enabled rapid, low-cost change in a changing NDIS environment.
