Translational Research Institute (TRI) needed a business system that could support a large group of stakeholders, improve collaboration, and manage financials, supply chain, and asset maintenance across a complex research environment. Fusion5 implemented the solution, which went live and delivered stronger shareholder costing and reporting, centralized buying, preferred supplier catalogues, OH&S reporting, and better capital asset and receiving dock management. The new system also improved automation and self-service, helping TRI free staff for higher-value work and manage resources more effectively.
