Fusion5 customised the PayGlobal solution to match GS1 Australia’s end-to-end review process and new requirements. As a result, the HR team gained real-time visibility into review progress, could track development goals for all employees, and generate statistics and performance review scores for executives at the push of a button, significantly improving reporting and functionality.
