Getting it right with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Enterprise IT, a New Zealand managed services provider with nearly 70 staff across Auckland and Wellington, needed to replace a problematic CRM system that had caused years of frustration and failed to deliver expected value. The company wanted a more reliable solution and a partner who could support its sales processes, data migration, and integrations, and turned to Fusion5 for help with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft services.

Fusion5 implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrated it with SharePoint and Workflow Max, and supported the move to Office 365 and cloud-based workflows.
