Scott Park Group, a residential building business operating across Perth and regional Western Australia, needed a fully integrated HRIS that could handle immediate payroll requirements and scale to future HR functions. After running three separate payrolls across three ABNs and relying on manual, paper-based leave processes, the company engaged Fusion5 and its EmpowerHR solution to streamline operations.
Fusion5 implemented EmpowerHR in phases, starting with payroll for about 250 weekly-paid employees and then rolling out Employee Self Service, including mobile access for staff working across multiple sites. The solution consolidated the three payrolls into one system, automated leave management, and improved convenience for employees, managers, and payroll. Scott Park Group is now planning to extend the platform into performance management, learning and development, and HR analytics.
