Aureon, a business solutions provider with more than 100 owned or leased locations, needed a better way to streamline and standardize site risk assessments across its network. Using the Fusion Framework System from Fusion Risk Management, the company sought to measure threats, controls, vulnerabilities, and residual risk consistently across its high- and medium-priority sites.

Fusion Risk Management helped Aureon replace a paper- and spreadsheet-based process with a mobile, automated workflow that supported direct data entry, photo capture, speech-to-text notes, cloning of similar site data, and automated reporting. As a result, Aureon completed assessments for 47 sites in three months with normal working hours, saving an estimated 340 hours versus its prior approach and gaining stronger reporting, trend analysis, and audit evidence.
