Achieving and Maintaining ISO Certification Boosts Business Continuity Program

Educational Testing Service (ETS), a global nonprofit that develops and administers more than 60 million tests annually in 180+ countries, needed a stronger way to manage and prove the resilience of its business continuity program. As ETS expanded internationally and responded to rigorous RFP requirements from government and education customers, it wanted a formal ISO-22301 certification and a more efficient way to handle compliance documentation. With Fusion Risk Management’s Fusion Framework System, ETS improved enterprise-wide awareness, simplified user access through single sign-on, and made it easier to maintain and demonstrate ISO-22301 compliance to auditors. As a result, ETS reduced RFP response effort by an order of magnitude, strengthened customer trust, and maintained its ISO-certified business continuity program across its full operational scope.
