A Fusion Connect Case Study

MCG Architecture chose Fusion Connect’s Business Voice & SD-WAN for the flexibility and redundancy their business required

MCG Architecture, a 90-year-old architecture firm with offices across the U.S., needed a way to standardize aging phone systems, connect multiple locations, and improve network reliability without creating more work for its lone IT leader. Fusion Connect helped address these challenges with Business Voice and SD-WAN, along with managed WiFi and IPsec VPN access.

Fusion Connect implemented Hosted Voice over a network designed for optimized performance, then migrated MCG from MPLS to SD-WAN for greater flexibility, redundancy, and cost-effective bandwidth upgrades. The result was a seamless cutover with zero downtime, reliable phone service with no dropped calls, better network visibility, and easier access from any office. MCG also reported that the SD-WAN network “requires little attention,” showing a clear operational improvement.
