Case Study: SUITE-k Achieves Flexible, High-Speed Connectivity with Fusion Connect

How SUITE-k was able to create a modern, telecommuting call center with a reliable network backbone from Fusion Connect

SUITE-k, a cosmetics and personal care contract manufacturer, needed to connect multiple manufacturing and distribution sites to its South Brunswick, NJ headquarters with broadband data connectivity and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA). As an existing Fusion Connect customer for POTS and DIA via T1, SUITE-k was also exploring hosted voice/VoIP to replace legacy phone service, with needs like 4-digit internal dialing, real-time rerouting of DID numbers, and increased bandwidth at one location.

Fusion Connect implemented a mix of connectivity solutions across SUITE-k’s sites, including a fiber-based 10MB circuit where possible and multiple T1s on a month-to-month basis when fiber timing did not meet requirements. Fusion Connect also proposed fiber connectivity back to its network for MPLS between locations, helping SUITE-k improve internal communications and expand bandwidth as needed. The result was a highly positive experience, with SUITE-k praising Fusion Connect’s fast support and noting that the vendor quickly resolved issues throughout the project.
