National Fish & Wildlife Foundation, one of the world’s largest conservation grantmakers, needed to replace an aging PBX phone system that was costly, inflexible, and difficult to manage for remote workers and multiple locations. Fusion Connect implemented a seamless cloud communications transition with features like unlimited calling, conferencing, auto attendants, voicemail-to-email, and mobility tools for users across laptops, smartphones, and office phones. The Foundation reported improved productivity and ease of management, plus annual telecom savings of over $155,000, or about 40%, and projected savings of more than $775,000 over five years.
