How Fusion Connect created a customized voice services solution to help Gryphon Technologies lower costs and solve business challenges

Gryphon Technologies, a financial services firm and pioneer in sales acceleration technology, needed a cloud-based phone system that could replace its premise-based PBXs while still integrating with its Core Phone application for Federal Do Not Call compliance. Gryphon turned to Fusion Connect and its FusionWorks Pro hosted voice service, but only if the solution could support direct, high-quality connections between locations rather than relying on the public internet.

Fusion Connect implemented FusionWorks Pro and connected Gryphon’s Florida office via a dedicated T1 loop, then later added the New York City office with a fiber loop and 100 Mbps DIA. Fusion Connect’s developers integrated the platform with Gryphon’s Core Phone application through an API in less than 30 days, preserving DNC compliance while enabling free on-net calls between offices and delivering reliable, crystal-clear voice quality.
