LOLA, a reproductive care brand founded in 2015, had to manage a rapidly growing assortment of customizable subscription boxes as its product line expanded. This made forecasting in Excel increasingly difficult and time-consuming for the operations team, especially because shared component SKUs and variable box configurations created complex order combinations. Fuse Inventory helped LOLA address this challenge with inventory planning and forecasting software built for subscription businesses.
Using Fuse Inventory’s integrations, LOLA pulled real-time sales and inventory data into Fuse and used its BOM and variable BOM features to track component SKUs across subscription boxes. Fuse Inventory’s forecasting algorithm calculated demand across selling units and components, while daily order recommendations accounted for lead times and WOS targets. As a result, LOLA eliminated manual data upkeep, improved component inventory management, and freed up the operations team to focus on strategic work instead of repetitive reporting and data pulls.
