They wanted to reduce the time spent transferring emails from inboxes into Salesforce and also prevent selective communication recording. To solve this, Botify turned to FunnelFox and its CRM Sync product.

FunnelFox implemented CRM Sync for all SDRs and Account Executives, automatically capturing communications and storing them in the correct CRM records. The system now records more than 40,000 client interactions and contact updates in Salesforce each month, saving Botify the equivalent workload of 5 full-time employees.
