Optimizely, the website optimization platform, wanted to support its shift upmarket with account-based marketing and site personalization to better convert strategically targeted customers. Its marketing team had already built some in-house personalization efforts, but it needed help implementing additional campaigns and technologies for Optimizely.com, so it turned to FunnelEnvy.
FunnelEnvy built two personalized website experiences for Optimizely: one that showed a visitor’s target company website screenshot as the background, and another that displayed a map pin for the visitor’s location using third-party data and APIs. In A/B testing, these additions helped drive a statistically significant increase in new account creation starts, click engagement, and visits to the Solutions page, while also earning positive feedback and recognition for innovation.
