Mais Clicks, a Brazil-based digital marketing agency, struggled with time-consuming manual collection and mapping of client marketing and tracking data from multiple platforms (Google Analytics, ad platforms) into Google Sheets, Excel and PowerPoint, which limited scalability. Using Funnel to unify, map and transform data before sending it to Google Sheets and Chartio, Mais Clicks cut report production from hours or days to minutes: weekly and monthly reports fell from 4–8 hours / 2–3 days to under 5 minutes, each agent now supports 20+ clients (up from 4), and they gained live dashboards, daily reports and faster onboarding of new ad platforms. Funnel’s automated rules, currency conversion and metric unification freed internal resources for optimization and enabled rapid cross-channel reporting and future mobile-friendly report plans.
