Under Skin is a premium dermo-cosmetics brand (part of EMS Group) whose sales team visits aesthetic clinics to present visual and audio product content via a mobile application. To make presentations more relevant and boost doctors’ confidence to prescribe its products, Under Skin engaged Funifier to apply a gamification solution directly within the presentation app.

Funifier implemented a gamified experience—missions, real-time feedback, social interaction, leaderboards and a virtual-currency economy where reps buy samples and rewards—framed as a virtual city inside the mobile app. The Funifier solution increased sales-rep engagement and the number of presentations and interactions with doctors, leading to higher doctor confidence and measurable increases in product prescriptions and sales.
